What you'll do

In this role, you will support daily operations by ensuring that work processes run smoothly according to established plans. You will collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvement plans for operational challenges. You will work closely with delivery service partners to monitor delivery statuses and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will also assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and promoting the standardization of operations. This position offers you the chance to learn about logistics management and the inner workings of Amazon's delivery network while working under the guidance of managers and team leaders.
