What you'll do

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support to customers at the delivery station. You will communicate directly with customers in-person, as well as via phone and email, to address their inquiries and concerns. Your role will involve empathizing with customers, understanding their issues, and providing timely resolutions. You will uphold the company's values in every interaction, ensuring that customers feel respected and valued. Additionally, you will be tasked with composing grammatically correct and concise written responses to customer issues, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
