What you'll do

In this role, you will manage daily customs clearance operations for ocean, air, rail, and truck shipments. You will prepare import documentation to ensure timely release and delivery of orders, verifying the accuracy of commercial documentation and charges. You will collaborate with freight forwarders, sellers, and vendors to solve shipment issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will also include performing accurate data entry for entry filing, classifications, and inspections, as well as generating and tracking delivery forms. You will act as a second-tier support for customer service queries, ensuring that all customer needs are met efficiently.
