What you'll do

As a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician, you will conduct daily building rounds to monitor and record information from various equipment, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events, working within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) to resolve issues promptly. Your responsibilities will also include performing rack installations and decommissioning, as well as preventive maintenance and root cause analysis of electrical and mechanical equipment.

You will engage in technical writing to support the change management program, documenting processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Monitoring daily work requests and managing them to resolution will be a key part of your role, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
