Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field such as Engineering, Math, or Computer Science. With at least 1 year of experience participating in continuous improvement projects, you have a strong understanding of controllership and measurable results. Your analytical skills are complemented by your proficiency in standard software tools, including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL, and VBA.
You are a highly motivated individual who thrives in collaborative environments. You enjoy working closely with product and financial automation users to identify opportunities for automation, ensuring that systems align with operational needs and best practices. Your focus on standardizing financial processes ensures consistency and accuracy across the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support Global Logistics Financial Initiatives by performing controllership on data integration across various tech systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and analyze existing processes involving accounting, controllership, and business finance partners. Your efforts will be pivotal in proposing and implementing strategies to streamline these processes, ultimately enhancing efficiency across financial operations.
You will develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of automation efforts and process optimizations. Your analytical mindset will help you identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives aimed at financial end-to-end flow automation. By minimizing resource requirements, you will contribute to the overall success of the financial operations team.
