You are a skilled technician with a background in mechatronics and robotics, ready to support the Operations Maintenance team at Amazon. You have experience in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your technical skills allow you to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, contributing to the overall reliability of Amazon's operations.

You enjoy mentoring junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. What you'll do

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of various material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including automated packaging and distribution systems, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and implementing improvements to enhance equipment performance.

You will collaborate closely with other members of the Operations Maintenance team, sharing insights and strategies to optimize equipment reliability. Your contributions will directly impact the speed and accuracy of Amazon's operations, helping to deliver tens of thousands of products to customers worldwide every day. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to further develop your skills and stay updated on the latest advancements in mechatronics and robotics.
