What you'll do

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician at Amazon, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will work closely with the Operations Maintenance team to ensure that all material handling equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance checks to prevent equipment failures.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them develop their skills. This collaborative environment will allow you to learn from others while also contributing to the growth of your team. You will be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in equipment performance and maintenance processes.
