You have 2+ years of experience in a studio or production company assistant role, which has equipped you with the skills to manage high-volume tasks effectively. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to handle show calendar management and production deliverable ownership with ease. You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are enthusiastic about physical production, making you a great fit for this role.

Your ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential. You understand the importance of communication and collaboration in a production setting, and you are eager to learn and grow into a production manager role. You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and resolve scheduling conflicts before they arise.

What you'll do

As a Production Coordinator at Amazon MGM Studios, you will support two Senior Production Executives on the US Scripted Series physical production team. Your responsibilities will include tracking show-level calendars and data, ensuring that internal systems are up to date. You will assist with preliminary production schedule and budget assessments for projects in development, providing valuable insights to the team.

You will onboard external production partners into Amazon’s production ecosystem, serving as the first point of contact for external production office and writers room personnel. Your role will also involve managing and auditing final wrap delivery, ensuring that all production deliverables are met on time. Internally, you will develop and maintain day-to-day schedules, prioritizing activities with good judgment and business understanding.

Additionally, you will assist Executives with travel itineraries and expense reports, contributing to the smooth operation of the production team. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within the company and gain valuable experience in physical production.
