You are an entry-level Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong foundation in testing methodologies and a keen interest in enhancing product quality. You possess good communication skills and are eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best delivery experience for customers. Your experience includes testing hardware devices and backend services, and you are familiar with creating test plans and executing test cases. You are motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Amazon Key delivery experience.

Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders will help you thrive in this role. What you'll do
In this role, you will create detailed test plans and test cases that align with product requirements. You will execute test cases across all functional areas of our products, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include reviewing user interfaces for conformity and functionality, as well as reporting issues to the development team. You will work closely with software, hardware, and firmware teams to deliver exciting new products to market.
You will be part of a hands-on, proactive team of seasoned software quality assurance professionals. Your day-to-day tasks will involve efficiently executing test cases and collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement. You will also participate in discussions about testing strategies and contribute to the overall quality assurance process. Your role will be crucial in helping us reimagine how we drive quality and efficiency through our testing lifecycle.
