Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 1 year of quality assurance engineering experience. You possess a basic understanding of QA methodology and tools, and you are comfortable working in a Windows desktop environment. You are detail-oriented and capable of accurately executing test cases while meeting deadlines. You have a foundational knowledge of reading scripts for troubleshooting and are eager to learn and grow in the field of quality assurance.

What you'll do

As a Device Associate at Amazon, you will be responsible for executing test cases prepared for testing software builds on both desktop and mobile platforms. You will perform regression testing and report bugs accurately, ensuring that all testing procedures and guidelines are followed for new builds and releases. Your daily tasks will include capturing results, providing status reports, and troubleshooting issues using scripts. You will also be responsible for escalating any failures or doubts related to the execution of test cases through the clarification portal, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
