What you'll do

As a Workforce Staffing Coordinator, you will play a key role in partnering with staffing agencies to hire field associates who fulfill orders at Amazon's frontlines. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring that the right talent is hired on time to meet business needs. Your duties will include demand planning, managing the onboarding process, and providing training to staffing agencies. You will support staffing project initiatives and daily assignments, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
