Who you are
You have extensive experience in equipment engineering, particularly in automated test equipment (ATE) operations. Your technical leadership skills enable you to effectively manage complex issues and drive resolution in challenging environments. You are adept at conducting technical audits and ensuring compliance with quality standards, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence in your work.
You possess a deep understanding of thermal, electrical, and mechanical systems, allowing you to tackle sophisticated setup challenges with confidence. Your ability to develop and deliver technical training programs showcases your commitment to team development and knowledge sharing. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and reliability.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and execute new test cell qualification and bring-up activities at OSAT partners, serving as the primary technical escalation point for complex issues. You will drive the resolution of setup challenges and conduct comprehensive technical audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and approving test cell configurations for production release, as well as leading continuous improvement initiatives for test cell efficiency and yield.
You will develop and deliver training programs for new team members and OSAT partners, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you will work to optimize test cell performance and reliability, ensuring that operations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
