You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance. Your ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround is a key strength, and you take effective action without needing to know the total picture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the calendars and scheduling for two Legal Directors, ensuring that their time is optimized for maximum productivity. You will track and help drive the completion of key deliverables across the AWS Sales and Marketing Legal team, acting as a vital link between various stakeholders. You will work closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide comprehensive support to the organization. Organizing, executing, and assisting with team activities such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events will be part of your responsibilities. You will also act as a liaison for the manager’s direct reports and manage team space, including moves and reconfigurations. Additionally, you will handle domestic and international travel arrangements and manage expense reports, ensuring that all logistical aspects are taken care of efficiently.
