Who you are

You have at least one year of experience or a basic understanding of facilities, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, control systems, and other related equipment. You are eager to learn and grow in the field of data center operations, and you are committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in your work. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to solve technical problems and improve operational processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of mechanical and electrical systems within the data center. You will work to minimize customer downtime by responding to equipment failures and conducting troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring and controlling equipment, planning maintenance activities, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth operations. You will also assist in the installation and removal of servers and hardware equipment, working closely with your team to support the continuous operation of cloud computing services.
