You have a strong commitment to health and safety best practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Your experience in maintenance allows you to carry out planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment, ensuring that everything operates smoothly and efficiently. You react quickly to breakdowns, communicating clearly with affected teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Your proactive approach supports continuous improvement, as you learn from breakdowns and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of equipment within the Amazon Fulfillment Center. You will lead efforts to ensure that all safety regulations are followed, creating a safe working environment for all employees. You will conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, ensuring that everything is functioning at optimal levels. When breakdowns occur, you will be the first to respond, coordinating with various teams to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Your role will also involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
