You have over 8 years of experience in finance, particularly in business partnering roles, where you've successfully collaborated with various teams to drive financial strategies and improvements. Your strong communication skills enable you to maintain exceptional relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that finance operations align with business goals. You possess a deep understanding of finance processes and are committed to compliance and controllership, making you a strong advocate for best practices in financial operations.
You are adept at identifying opportunities for improved cash flow and productivity, leveraging your analytical skills to develop actionable recommendations. Your experience working with technology teams allows you to innovate and implement scalable solutions that support business growth. What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with business teams to support product launches and expansions, acting as a core member of the Finance Operations team. You will participate in developing long-range plans and work closely with various stakeholders to identify and resolve key business issues that impact finance operations. Your responsibilities will include building processes, defining procedures, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
You will collaborate with Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams to understand their requirements and incorporate them into business requirement documents. Your role will also involve liaising with technology teams to translate business needs into configurable design specifications. You will focus on eliminating inefficiencies and defects in upstream processes to improve downstream results, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
