What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the service delivery of Accounts Payable/Receivable functions for a specific geo/country. You will lead a team of approximately 25 resources, providing overall leadership and direction. Your key responsibilities will include managing group workload, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also be tasked with driving innovation on behalf of customers, aligning with Amazon's mission to be the world’s most customer-centric company.

You will initiate and manage complex projects that require collaboration across departments and companies. Regular interaction with senior leadership will be part of your role, where you will present insights and updates on your team's performance. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain a high bar on performance will be essential for success in this position.
