Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in finance or a related analytical field, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial performance indicators and their application in business decision-making. Your background includes multiple finance and accounting roles, with a focus on Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable, showcasing your comprehensive knowledge of financial operations.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and possess highly respected business acumen, allowing you to navigate complex financial landscapes effectively. Your strong communication skills enable you to partner directly with cross-functional leadership and multiple Advertising Finance teams, ensuring alignment and clarity in financial strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide strategic support to key Growth Sales initiatives and investments, playing a crucial role in shaping financial strategies that drive business success. You will build, iterate, and automate financial reports, metrics, and scorecards to support both short and long-term planning, ensuring that the organization has the insights needed to make informed decisions.
You will own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of financial performance for newly launched initiatives, providing critical analysis and insights that inform future investments. Additionally, you will engage in ad hoc business support, leveraging your analytical skills to address various financial challenges as they arise.
