Who you are
You are an experienced Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. You have a proven track record of optimizing financial processes and methodologies, ensuring accurate cost distribution, and driving financial transparency across organizations. Your ability to collaborate with global business partners and local finance teams makes you an asset in delivering financial insights and recommendations. You stay current with industry best practices and integrate innovative approaches into financial methodologies. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills that enable you to oversee the production of high-quality financial reports and analyses.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and execution of financial models that support accurate financial reporting and decision-making. You will develop, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end financial planning and analysis processes for the Global Real Estate and Facilities team. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will align financial strategies with business objectives and growth plans. You will own system integrations and data flow related to FP&A processes, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and accessible. Your insights and recommendations based on financial data will support the execution of global initiatives and improvements across the GREF landscape.
