You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to perform in-depth P&L analysis and support business initiatives through data-driven decision-making. Your ability to establish and monitor KPIs demonstrates your commitment to operational performance and business success.

You thrive in collaborative environments and can facilitate discussions around financial metrics with various stakeholders. Your experience in conducting ad-hoc analyses and financial modeling equips you to provide valuable insights during monthly and quarterly business reviews.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the NASF Finance team by managing the financial close process and ensuring accurate reporting of financial results. You will conduct monthly P&L analysis, providing insights that drive business decisions and operational improvements. Your responsibilities will include performing accruals and preparing financial forecasts to guide the team's strategic planning.

You will utilize your advanced MS Excel skills to work with large datasets, ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and timely. Establishing and monitoring weekly KPI metrics will be a key part of your role, allowing you to track the performance of new and existing business initiatives effectively.

Additionally, you will assist in measuring and reporting progress on key goals for the business team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of financial performance and operational metrics. Your ability to perform ad-hoc business analyses will support various teams in making informed decisions based on financial data.
