What you'll do

In this role, you will support the month-end closing activities, which include reconciling sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts. You will prepare month-end flux analyses for all P&L and balance sheet accounts, sharing your insights with stakeholders to explain any changes. You will demonstrate your accounting knowledge by identifying complex issues and consulting with leadership to develop resolutions. Additionally, you will ensure that appropriate financial policies and procedures are documented and followed, while also working on process improvements to enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include preparing balance sheet reconciliations and addressing any discrepancies related to GST tax returns and sub-ledger reports.
