You have a proven track record in finance, particularly in managing Accounts Payable and Receivable functions. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you thrive in environments that require collaboration with various stakeholders. You are comfortable operating autonomously and can navigate ambiguity with ease. Your strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to interact effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams.
You possess strong business modeling skills, which allow you to analyze financial data and provide insights that drive decision-making. Your experience in service delivery ensures that you can maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness in your work. You are adept at setting and improving policies and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the service delivery of Accounts Payable and Receivable functions for a specific geographic area. You will manage group workload and establish priorities to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. Your role will involve regular interaction with stakeholders across the Finance Shared Service Organization, where you will collaborate to deliver high-quality services.
You will initiate and manage complex departmental and cross-company projects, demonstrating your ability to perform autonomously. Your responsibilities will include setting and improving policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. You will also play a key role in supporting business growth by ensuring that financial operations are aligned with organizational objectives.
