You have a strong background in finance, particularly in accounts receivables, and possess excellent analytical skills. You are fluent in both Hebrew and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your experience includes resolving billing issues and reconciling accounts, demonstrating your ability to manage financial discrepancies efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with customers and peers. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for process improvement, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience. You are comfortable working with metrics and reporting, ensuring that you provide timely updates on customer accounts and project statuses.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivables for AWS, ensuring timely collection of payments for your assigned portfolio. You will follow up with customers through emails and phone calls, addressing any inquiries or payment blockers they may have. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you research and resolve discrepancies between customer accounts and Amazon's records. You will participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes and workflows, collaborating closely with the Global Finance Operations team and other stakeholders. You will prepare daily aging reports and strategize your portfolio to optimize collections. Your ability to communicate effectively will help you earn the trust of customers and peers alike, fostering strong relationships that contribute to operational excellence.
