You have a deep understanding of financial metrics and planning processes, and you are adept at benchmarking performance against other marketplaces. Your experience includes leading initiatives that drive cost reduction across the value chain while ensuring that financial controls remain robust and effective. You are comfortable diving deep into business processes to identify areas for improvement and are committed to delivering ambitious growth targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take the finance lead for all initiatives related to the Amazon Now business. You will partner closely with the business team to drive planning processes and metrics for periodic reviews. Your responsibilities will include auditing business inputs and processes to ensure strong financial controls are in place. You will develop tools that provide insightful analysis and reporting to support decision-making and monitor performance. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with business partners to ensure that financial insights are translated into actionable strategies that benefit the customer experience.
