Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or you bring 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience to the table. You possess at least 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques, showcasing your ability to drive operational excellence. Your familiarity with data querying or modeling using SQL equips you to handle complex data sets effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with multiple stakeholders to launch and manage dark stores while ensuring operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking. You will manage dark stores and lead a team that oversees day-to-day operations and programs. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring key operational metrics such as count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks. You will maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches, coordinating with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy. You will also assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall success of Amazon Now.
