As a Financial Analyst I, you will be responsible for overseeing collection efforts and ensuring that accounts are managed appropriately. What you'll do
In this role, you will be an expert in the collection processes, supporting the creation and implementation of strategies to increase successful collections on past due invoices. You will handle communication with clients to resolve complex issues and ensure a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include collecting, tracking, and presenting metrics to drive process improvements, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during collections.
You will contribute to improvements in collection projects by identifying issues and proposing enhancements in tools and processes. Collaborating closely with your team and fellow managers, you will work towards achieving department goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will lead and develop a team of collection analysts, which includes hiring, training, and mentoring team members to achieve the best results for customers.
