Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering, particularly in building user interfaces that enhance customer experiences. Your expertise in JavaScript and React allows you to create intuitive and engaging web applications that meet user needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, UX designers, and researchers to define and implement best practices in UI development. Your strong business acumen enables you to understand customer needs and translate them into scalable solutions. You are enthusiastic about leveraging the latest UX patterns and technologies, including Machine Learning and Gen AI, to innovate and improve the shopping experience.
Desirable
Experience with automotive or e-commerce platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and design systems. You are comfortable with rapid prototyping and iterative design processes, which help you to quickly validate ideas and gather user feedback.
