You are an experienced Onsite Medical Representative with a strong commitment to workplace health and safety. You have a passion for advocating health and wellness principles and are eager to support Amazon Associates in their daily needs. Your ability to independently assess and administer first aid is complemented by your knowledge of OSHA regulations and risk analysis. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the WHS Site Manager and other specialists to ensure a safe workplace.

Your experience includes attending safety committee meetings and engaging with new hires to foster a culture of safety. You are comfortable making referrals to outside medical providers when necessary and are committed to continuous learning in the field of workplace health.

What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health and safety of our workforce. You will provide first aid support and guidance to associates dealing with both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. Your responsibilities will include participating in weekly case management review meetings and collaborating with the WHS team to implement best practices for safety. You will greet new hires and engage in daily interactions to promote a culture of safety and wellness.

You will also be responsible for assessing the health needs of associates and referring them to appropriate medical providers as needed. Your role will involve staying updated on OSHA regulations and contributing to the overall safety operations of the site. You will assist with all first aid needs and support safety initiatives, ensuring that Amazon remains a benchmark for safety excellence across industries.
