Your strong communication skills enable you to guide associates through both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses, ensuring they feel supported and informed. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to improve the health and wellbeing of your colleagues.

What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health and safety of associates. You will provide first aid support and make referrals to outside medical providers as necessary, ensuring that all health concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include attending weekly case management review meetings and collaborating with the WHS Site Manager and WHS Specialist to enhance safety practices.

You will greet new hires and engage in daily one-on-one interactions to promote a culture of safety and wellness. Your participation in weekly associate safety committee meetings will help drive initiatives that prioritize the health of the workforce. You will also be responsible for assessing injuries and illnesses, providing guidance, and ensuring that associates are aware of available resources for their health needs.
