You have a proven track record in leading global marketing strategies, particularly in organic social and influencer marketing. With over 7 years of experience in the marketing field, you understand the nuances of various social media platforms and how to leverage them for brand growth. Your leadership skills are exceptional, having managed diverse teams that drive innovative marketing campaigns. You are data-driven, able to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives. Your creativity shines through in your ability to develop engaging content that resonates with audiences across different demographics. What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead the evolution and implementation of a global social-first strategy that spans 11+ marketplaces and nearly 50 social media channels. You will oversee the creation of entertaining content that generates strong organic reach, focusing on speed-to-market and relevance. Your leadership will guide a world-class team responsible for influencer marketing, social video strategy, global social intelligence, community management, and campaign strategy. You will demonstrate the direct correlation between social-first activities and revenue impact, ensuring that marketing efforts align with business goals.
You will collaborate with the Global Head of Brand and Content Marketing to strengthen the brand's global presence and drive audience-obsessed content discovery. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement across platforms. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation within your team, encouraging creative thinking and experimentation in marketing approaches.
