You are a visionary leader with extensive experience in social media strategy, having successfully managed global campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Your creativity knows no bounds, and you thrive in environments where you can innovate and push boundaries. You have a strong understanding of B2B, B2C, and B2P dynamics, allowing you to craft tailored strategies that engage clients, end users, and partners alike. You are comfortable being in front of the camera and have a knack for capturing moments that truly represent a brand's essence. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at managing and inspiring a global team to achieve shared goals.
Desirable
Experience in the wellness or fitness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with influencer marketing and brand ambassador strategies. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. A background in digital marketing tools and platforms will further enhance your ability to execute effective strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will architect and lead Wellhub's global social media strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's mission to revolutionize workplace wellness. You will build regionally relevant playbooks that cater to different markets, ensuring that our messaging resonates with local audiences. Your responsibilities will include pioneering our influencer and ambassador strategy, which will be crucial in shaping how the world experiences the Wellhub brand. You will collaborate closely with country leads to ensure that our social media presence is cohesive and impactful across all platforms. As a strategic leader, you will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly to maximize engagement and reach.
