What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of health and safety standards across your Fulfilment Centres. You will manage key aspects of output, including people management, metrics, and productivity targets. Your responsibilities will include proactively collaborating on health and safety projects across all operations sites in Egypt, providing guidance on health and safety matters to all stakeholders, and continuously improving health and safety management arrangements.

You will plan and strategize work systems aimed at reducing health risks and enhancing employee satisfaction. Your role will involve conducting regular audits and reviews of health and safety practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards. You will also be responsible for developing training programs to educate employees on health and safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.

Your ability to analyze data and metrics will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that health and safety considerations are integrated into all operational processes.
