What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the WHS team at Amazon, focusing on creating a culture of safety and compliance across the organization. You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to environmental health and safety hazards, ensuring that all procedures meet Amazon's global standards. Your responsibilities will include analyzing safety metrics and reporting on incident trends to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with site leaders to develop and implement local WHS procedures that align with corporate policies, ensuring that safety remains a top priority in daily operations.

You will also be responsible for training Operations Leaders on WHS policies, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to incorporate safety standards into their day-to-day work.
