Amazon is hiring an HR Assistant to support the HR team and ensure a positive experience for associates. You'll handle daily inquiries and assist with HR metrics reporting. This position is based in Tepotzotlán, Mexico.

Who you are

You are a dynamic and organized individual with a proactive approach to your work. As an HR Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for associates, ensuring they have a positive experience. You are comfortable handling daily inquiries related to payroll, attendance, and policy guidance, and you know when to escalate issues to the appropriate team members.

You have a keen eye for detail and are capable of preparing HR reports and analyses, including key metrics such as absenteeism and turnover rates.
