Who you are

You have a solid background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role. You understand HR programs, processes, and tools, and you are skilled at providing credible and clear HR advice to managers. You are adept at resolving complex HR queries and have a knack for developing new policies and programs that enhance employee experience. Your ability to engage and coordinate with key stakeholders is essential, as is your experience in analyzing data to inform decisions.

You are a strong communicator and can coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business. You have experience working with work councils and unions, which helps you drive positive employee relations. Your analytical skills allow you to create reports on key metrics that inform leadership decisions, ensuring that you contribute to a culture where all employees feel encouraged and supported.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment like Amazon is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making in HR contexts. You are comfortable using internal dashboards and other tools to analyze HR metrics and trends. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to think strategically about HR initiatives will set you apart.

What you'll do
