What you'll do
In this role, you will directly manage security incidents worldwide, ensuring effective triage and escalation of issues as they arise. You will coordinate with internal team members and key partner teams to facilitate a swift response to incidents. Your responsibilities will include drafting written products and emergency communications with a high level of accuracy and detail. You will also participate in drills and table-top exercises, providing recommendations for improvements to the Business Assurance Center's practices. Your role will be crucial in maintaining positive service relationships among a diverse group of stakeholders and customers, contributing to the overall mission of Amazon Corporate Security.
