Amazon is hiring a Corporate Security Incident Response Supervisor to oversee incident response activities and manage a team within the Business Assurance Center. This role requires strong operational security management skills and the ability to foster a collaborative environment.

Who you are
You have a strong track record of managing operational security programs and vendor contracts, ensuring quality service delivery while guiding response actions. Your experience includes overseeing personnel aspects of a team, from performance management to growth and development, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes employee growth while maintaining high performance. You possess a wide range of technical and interpersonal skills, with a focus on time management and continuous task prioritization in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and a bias for action are key traits that define your approach to security incident response.
What you'll do
In this role, you will monitor incident response activities across all team members, ensuring that quality service is delivered consistently. You will manage all personnel aspects of your assigned team, facilitating their growth and development while maintaining a high-performance bar. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the drafting and publication of written products and communications, ensuring that all outputs meet quality standards. You will also manage competing priorities, directing and allocating resources effectively during concurrent security events. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a safe and secure workplace for all Amazonians, as you support the mission of Amazon Corporate Security.
