What you'll do

As an IT Support Associate II, you will be responsible for providing nonstop global IT support to Amazon Operations. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that IT infrastructure is functioning optimally and that any technical hurdles are addressed promptly.

You will take ownership of your tasks, working diligently to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the operations environment.
