What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center. You will coordinate the ordering, delivery, and audits of assets assigned to the IT department, ensuring that all equipment is properly tracked and maintained. You will also assist with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and repair process for all devices under warranty, working closely with the IT team to resolve any issues that arise.

Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with Junior and Senior Technicians on various projects, providing support as needed. You will help maintain standardized housekeeping of all IT areas, ensuring that the workspace is organized and efficient. Your contributions will play a vital role in the overall success of the operations team, as you help to ensure that all IT equipment is functioning optimally and available for use.
