Who you are

You are a customer-focused IT Support Associate with strong problem-solving skills and experience in both Windows and Chrome OS environments. You thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with Amazon employees to resolve technical issues efficiently. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to explain complex technical concepts in a way that is easy for others to understand. What you'll do

In this role, you will provide ticket-based, walk-up, and remote Helpdesk support for Amazon's growing multi-site user base. You will manage various routine processes such as new hire onboarding, computer lifecycle management, and asset management. You will also engage with internal and external service providers to ensure effective and timely resolution of support requests. Your responsibilities will include managing on-premise infrastructure, including servers, network devices, telephony, and printers. You will participate in the development and implementation of internal solutions to enhance the support experience for Amazon employees.
