Who you are

You have at least one year of experience supporting operating systems such as Windows, Macintosh, or Linux, and you are comfortable working in a technical on-premise role. Your hands-on experience includes supporting PC hardware and software, as well as internal tooling for employees. You are proficient in using office productivity applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel, and you have experience with PC imaging and hardware troubleshooting. You understand the basic concepts of Information Systems security and have knowledge of network troubleshooting. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers through an internal ticketing tool is essential, and you have a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. You thrive in a medium to large-sized company environment and are proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support internal employees by providing technical assistance with PC hardware and software. You will prepare hardware for new hires and manage IT asset inventory, ensuring that all equipment is ready for use. Your responsibilities will include using an internal ticketing system to communicate with customers and address their technical issues. You will troubleshoot hardware and software problems, providing solutions to ensure that employees can work efficiently. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the security of information systems and contribute to a positive work environment by supporting your colleagues with their IT needs.
