Job Description
Who you are
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You have experience interacting with business customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements, performing gap analysis to determine system configuration and development changes. You are adept at designing and implementing system modifications and have experience working with Oracle Support to resolve system issues.
You are skilled in creating SQL queries and have a strong understanding of the e-Business suite's operational aspects. Your ability to deliver high-quality service to a growing global business is paramount, and you thrive in cross-functional environments where collaboration is key. You are committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence in your role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the support and operation of modules within the e-Business suite, focusing on procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and report-to-report business processes. You will interact with business customers to gather requirements and document their processes, ensuring that the applications meet their needs effectively. You will perform gap analysis to identify necessary system modifications and work closely with developers and Oracle Support to resolve any issues that arise.
Your core activities will include end-user support, problem management, and operational enhancements across multiple applications in various geographies. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to Amazon's global business, ensuring that the applications operate smoothly and efficiently. You will also be involved in designing and implementing system modifications to improve functionality and user experience.
