What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of IT professionals dedicated to providing 24x7 global IT support to Amazon Operations. You will oversee the operational support for key partners, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to enhance IT service delivery, as well as managing the performance and development of your team members. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Fulfillment, Sortation, Logistics, and Last Mile, to ensure seamless operations.

You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the IT support processes and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in driving a culture of continuous improvement, where team members are encouraged to share ideas and contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will also play a key role in launching new Amazon Fulfillment Centers, ensuring that all IT systems are in place and functioning optimally from day one.
