Who you are

You are a highly motivated IT Support Technician with a strong foundation in data center operations. You have experience managing work through ticketing systems and coordinating with data center management to prioritize tasks effectively. Your problem-solving skills shine when diagnosing hardware and network issues, and you are comfortable performing repairs on servers and network equipment. You thrive in environments that require minimal supervision and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Your commitment to best practices in data center security and operations is evident in your daily work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for resolving hardware and technical issues within the data center. You will work diligently to meet service level agreements (SLAs) for assigned tickets, ensuring timely resolution of incidents. Regular hardware repairs will be part of your responsibilities, including replacing faulty components such as disks and motherboards. You will also perform routine maintenance on network equipment and server operating systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to complete tasks efficiently. Your role will require you to work non-standard hours, as the data center operates 24/7, and you will provide remote support to other data centers in the region as needed.
