You have over 5 years of experience in IT support, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various platforms including Windows, Mac, and Linux. Your technical skills are complemented by a solid understanding of networking concepts, ideally at a CCNA level, allowing you to effectively resolve connectivity issues and support infrastructure needs.
You prioritize user experience and are committed to providing high-quality support to your colleagues. Your logical thinking and problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex IT challenges, while your interpersonal skills help you build strong relationships within the team and with users. You are proactive in learning new technologies and methodologies, ensuring you stay current in the fast-evolving IT landscape.
Desirable
Experience with global projects and a willingness to participate in process improvements are highly valued. Familiarity with incident management and a customer-first mindset will set you apart as a candidate.
What you'll do
