What you'll do

As a Channel Team Lead at Amazon, you will be responsible for expanding and managing operations for a new delivery channel. You will lead a team, focusing on people and performance management while driving the operational plan. Your role will involve quickly understanding business issues and challenges within transportation operations, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and suggesting areas for improvement. You will map business requirements and analyze workflows to design effective solutions.

You will be data-driven, developing and reporting performance metrics, executive updates, and forecasts to identify potential opportunities for enhancing customer experience. Your responsibilities will include deep diving into industry practices to apply innovative solutions to business problems. You will design, develop, pilot, and roll out enterprise-wide programs aimed at performance improvement, cycle time enhancement for returns, and financial auditing.
