You have a proven track record in managing teams and driving operational excellence, particularly in a marketplace or fulfilment environment. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to deep-dive into performance metrics and identify trends and root causes effectively. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with various stakeholders, including Product, Tech, and Operations teams. You are self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on improving customer and seller fulfilment metrics. Your experience managing operational specialists equips you to lead and develop your team effectively.

Desirable

Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus, as is familiarity with performance management tools and methodologies. A background in data analysis or program management would also be beneficial, helping you to drive initiatives that enhance operational performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and lead a team responsible for end-to-end operational excellence across marketplace fulfilment channels. You will define clear performance targets aligned with customer and business goals, conducting deep-dive analyses of metric drivers and trends. Building mechanisms for regular performance reviews will be key to your success, as you drive corrective actions with sellers and internal teams. You will lead programmatic initiatives aimed at improving fulfilment performance, including speed improvement programs across the 3P network. Your role will also involve managing and developing your team to achieve operational goals, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver the best results for our customers.
