What you'll do

As a Regional Maintenance Manager, you will transform workplace environments by leading maintenance operations throughout your region. You will oversee Maintenance Managers and their teams, ensuring that all maintenance activities align with Amazon's operational goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic maintenance programs, coordinating with operations teams across multiple locations, and responding to emergencies that require immediate attention. You will also focus on mentoring and developing your teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for managing preventative maintenance programs and ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards. Your role will involve strategic planning and financial management, balancing the need for proactive maintenance with the realities of operational demands.
