What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for the AWS SDKs and tools for .NET. You will guide your team in scoping and executing features, ensuring that the SDKs meet the needs of developers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include managing the careers of your team members, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating their professional development.
You will collaborate with SDK leadership to take on new projects and participate in yearly planning sessions. Your role will also involve working closely with other AWS teams to deliver cross-organizational features, ensuring that the SDKs are up-to-date with the latest AWS offerings.
Handling routine scrum activities will be part of your daily routine, where you will review requests from other AWS teams and participate in the design and delivery of features across the 13 SDKs. You will propose innovative ways to enhance the SDKs, contributing to the overall mission of simplifying AWS usage for developers.
