What you'll do

As a System Lead Engineer in the Nitro team, you will be responsible for defining the architecture and design of Network Interface Card (NIC) hardware — your role will involve leading discussions on architecture and guiding the development process through to mass production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the hardware and software systems are aligned and optimized for performance.

You will oversee the validation of the NIC, ensuring that it meets the rigorous standards required for large-scale deployment — this includes managing boot flows, recovery flows, and firmware live-update processes. Your leadership will be crucial in integrating new technologies and driving the continuous improvement of our cloud platform infrastructure.
